Nallur Murugan Kovil or Kandaswami Kovil is located nearly Jaffna(Head of Sri Lanka). This temple is considered as the most prominent Hindu religious attraction in the Jaffna peninsula. The annual Nallur Kovil festival attracts thousands of devotee not only Sri Lanka, but also from rest of the world.
This temple is devoted to Hindu god Load Murugan. The areas of Nallur was the capital of early Jaffna regional kingdom.
